Net Entertainment sells CasinoModule to PokerRoom.com

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN
Net Entertainment, the leading provider of "Non-Download" Internet casino software has signed an agreement regarding the delivery of casino games to PokerRoom.com. PokerRoom is the fifth largest poker site in the world with over 2 million members and by adding the Casino Module they will further extend the service offering to their customer base.
Patrik Selin, CEO PokerNetwork (to which PokerRoom belongs) notes: "It was a strategic decision to choose Net Entertainment as our supplier. In our view they offer the best "No-Download' casino software on the market and their back-end casino management system is completely on par with our poker management system."
Pontus Lindwall, Cherry and Net Entertainment CEO adds: "PokerRoom has an impressive product and we are proud of the fact that they decided to go with the Net Entertainment Casino Module. PokerRoom.com is one of the world's largest poker sites and through this agreement we will reach a significantly larger market with our online casino games."
The casino games will be launched at the PokerRoom.com web-site during quarter 2, 2004.

During quarter 2, Net Entertainment has also signed an agreement with Ladbrokes for the delivery of Casino Module (free games for marketing purposes) as well as following smaller sites; BetOnBet, BetButler, BettingUniverse, SuperOddsen, UnoBet and Bahsedeger.
Net Entertainment is the Internet gaming division of Cherry, a company with more than forty years of experience from the gaming service sector. Cherry is listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange (CHER B) and employs over 1 000 people.
