Development Process

The development at Net Entertainment is undertaken using an agile software development method called Scrum. Scrum is based on small, cross-functional development teams and at Net Entertainment the work is carried out in two-week sprints. This results in a flexible development process allowing changes as the work progress whilst ensuring a high efficiency and a positive and energetic work environment with delegated decision making.
Unit testing is an integral part of the development process and in addition each product cycle is completed by an extensive test phase comprising well over 10,000 test cases. This ensures that the product meets the highest quality and reliability – an important factor considering that our systems handle more financial transactions than a normal size stock exchange.
The frequent product releases ensures flexibility in our long term product planning. The product roadmap is set through close cooperation with our licensees which ensures that we develop games, features and functions which meet their needs and requirements.
