Service and Support

At Net Entertainment we have made it a priority to provide the highest level of Service and Support to our licensees. For us the delivery is the start of a long term partnership where we will help you create and sustain a successful online casino operation. We take an all encompassing approach working with you on every level to optimize the operation.  

Getting Started

The Net Entertainment Professional Services team will install, configure and test your casino on appropriate hardware at one of our hosting locations; Costa Rica or Malta (where we hold a Class 4 license). As part of our delivery we will customize the game clients to give your casino a unique look and feel. To further ease the work, we will provide a design proposal for the casino lobby that needs to be imbedded in your website.  

To integrate the CasinoModule typically takes 5-10 man days and we often send a technician to site to assist. Our Integration Coordinator will ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible. Indeed several of our licensees have been operational in less than 30 days from contract signature. Prior to going live Net Entertainment will provide systems and operations training which can be done either on site or at our facilities. 

Ongoing Operations

As we will take care of the hosting and operation monitoring of your casino, the impact on your technical organization is minimized allowing you to focus on your core business. We provide 2nd line technical support (24*7 for priority 1 cases) should there be any issues needing to be resolved. We also provide complementary software upgrades on a quarterly basis which comprise new back-end features and a range of new games allowing you at all times to entice and attract loyal players. 

Account Management

Our account managers will work closely with your organization to help you get the casino off to a flying start. With the accumulated experience from our 40+ licensees your Account Manager will provide invaluable tips, hints and best practice recommendations. They will help out in setting up the first tournaments and understanding how to follow up and review the behaviour of a specific player or perhaps generate a non standard report. As your consultant in day-to-day operations, the prime goal of the Account Manager is to help you make the most out of your casino operation.
