The Net Entertainment Solution Management team will install, configure, and test your casino on appropriate hardware at one of our hosting locations; Costa Rica, Malta or Alderney. As part of our delivery, we will customize the game clients to give your casino a unique look and feel. We can also provide a design proposal for the casino lobby. Integrating the Net Entertainment Casino is a straightforward process, and we can send a technician on-site to assist. Our Solution Management Team ensures that the process is smooth and efficient. Prior to going live, Net Entertainment provides systems and operations training which can be done either on-site or at our facilities. Net Entertainment also provides second- line technical support to its licensees. This ensures that you always have the expertise at hand to help resolve any technical issues which may arise or be a speaking partner e.g in the event that changes needs to be made. As part of our delivery we also monitor your casino from an operative perspective, which normally allows the early detection of potential issues which can often be addressed before they become a problem. As part of our delivery we will provide regular system upgrades comprising new games and functionality.
