The different roles in data collection and processing

A “Data Controller” means a company that decides why and how Personal Information is processed. The Data Controller can ask another company to process the Personal Information on its behalf and as instructed by the Data Controller. That company then becomes the “Data Processor”.

This Policy only applies where a company in the NetEnt Group is Data Controller.

For the information collected though the Website, NetEnt AB (publ) is the Data Controller.

For the information collected through the Games and their connected platform, NetEnt Product Services Ltd is the Data Controller.

NetEnt may also process some Personal Information on behalf of an Operator, such as the information you provide about yourself when you sign up as a player with the Operator. In relation to that information, the Operator is Data Controller and one of the NetEnt companies listed above is Data Processor (which one will depend on what Operator you are using). In cases where the Operator is Data Controller, the Operator’s own privacy policy applies.

The information we collect and how do we collect it
