NET ENTERTAINMENT: NET ENTERTAINMENT SIGNS TWO NEW AGREEMENTS

Net Entertainment has signed agreements with Euro Gaming Ltd. and Goldbet
Sportwetten Gmhb for delivery of the award-winning CasinoModule™. This means
that Net Entertainment has signed eight new license agreements during 2007.
Euro Gaming Ltd operates one of the world’s largest online bingo sites through
“Bingos.com” / “Bingos.co.uk” as well as the casino site “Casino Joker”.
CasinoModule™ will be implemented at “CasinoJoker” during Q3 2007 and the
parties aim to complete the integration also at the groups other sites by the
end of 2007.

Goldbet Sportwetten GmbH is a fast growing gaming portal and has established
itself as one of the largest operators in the Italian- and Austrian markets,
with over 15000 registered users. The addition of Net Entertainment’s
CasinoModule™ will enable “Goldwinportal.com” to develop their “VIP Casino”
offering and significantly increase their revenue streams.
