Net Entertainment the first company 2009 to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

Trading starts today at 9.00 am with Net Entertainment NE AB’s B-shares (NET-B)
on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Net Entertainment is the first company 2009 to be
listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Johan Öhman, President and CEO, comments:
– Net Entertainment was founded in 1996 and has in the last five years
established a position as one the world’s leading suppliers of software for
online gambling. It is therefore a natural step to reach out to a more
internationally recognised stock exchange. We believe this change will benefit
everyone – investors, customers, staff and others.
– The listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm constitutes a quality stamp and
strengthens the brand and Net Entertainments position in the market. We also
believe it will improve the possibility to use the share as consideration in
connection with potential acquisitions.
Net Entertainment has achieved strong growth in the last few years. Operating
revenues for the first nine months 2008 increased by 50 percent to SEK 143.6
million (95.1) compared to the same period in 2007. Net profit after tax also
increased by 65 percent to SEK 52.8 million (32.1). Net Entertainment is today
one of the world’s seven largest suppliers of software for online casino games.
Net Entertainment’s financial goal is to grow more than the market with a
sustainable operating margin exceeding 30 percent. The Company expect the
European market for online gaming to grow with more than 20 percent in average
during the next years.
Before the listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Net Entertainment was listed on NGM.

Net Entertainment develops digitally distributed systems for Internet gaming.
The core product, CasinoModule™, is a complete gaming platform that comprises of
a high number of browser based games as well as a powerful administration tool.
Customers are offered a system solution that is adapted to each customer and is
easily integrated with their existing websites. Net Entertainment licenses the
CasinoModule™ on a royalty basis based on the revenues the product generates.
